Danish for knowledge workers - a labour market-related Danish course
Labour market oriented Danish is the publicly funded entrance point to learning Danish. The beginner level Danish course Danish for knowledge workers, which has been developed at the University of Copenhagen, is designed to provide you with work-related Danish language relevant to knowledge workers.
Besides work-related topics, the course also focuses on general everyday life language outside work. Overall, on the course you can learn to use simple but appropriate language, both spoken and written, in your everyday life both at the workplace and outside the workplace.
Our course concept is based on annual needs analyses carried out among knowledge workers in the Capital Region of Denmark in order to make the course as relevant, flexible and useful as possible.
What is a knowledge worker?
We define knowledge workers as highly educated people who typically work at universities, at other institutions of higher education and research, or in private companies working with development and research at a level corresponding to that of a university.
